  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.   The cosy apartment we had for 2 people had a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and facing south, so we could fully enjoy the October sunshine. Even though we were worried about the main road being just behind the apartment, the noise was not disturbing at all and we did not hear a sound at night. We could park the car right next door ... vad folk säger » and enjoy the quietness and authenticity of the little village (compared to the touristic neighbour village Pampeneira). The apartment is only a few m - we were made very welcome by the kind lady on reception. the apartment was spacious and the views are stunning. the pool is also exceptional. The breakfast was included in our deal and was the best we had on our trip to Spain. would highly recommend this hotel.
