  the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect! will definitely recommend and return - Nice pool. Nice environment and views from the top of the mountain. Very friendly staff.

  Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see. Good service! Nice to stay in a town without a lot of touris... vad folk säger » ts and experience a part of gran canaria away from the big hotels in the south of the island.   I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  Pool side bar and staff where very nice and approachable. 24 hour reception. Room had fab layout as bedrooms where at the Bach. Which made the rooms very quiet Our one week stay was not enough. We could have stayed much longer - how clean it was and the way the rooms were cleaned every morning

  The location was excellent and the sea views spectacular. I enjoyed watching the sun set! The partment was generally clean and the domestic staff were unobtrusive and provided a good service. There are lots of restaurants within easy reach. We liked being within easy walking distance of other beaches and the pool was well maintained.   Owners very friendly and helpful. Great location with beautiful view. Swimming pool cleaned every day, room every other day. Excellent price-quality ratio. Would go there again definitely. We stayed there with group of friends. Everything was great. We loved that place! Thank you once again for very nice stay!

  Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.
