  Very nice new hotel. The room is simple room but very clean and with a nice view on the seaside. Well located not too far from the centre of O Grove. - The staff was really kind and helpful.

  We just returned from staying 3 nights at this hotel. We were impressed by how well it lived up to its reputation. The kids' favorite part was the pool and the mini-zoo, my favorite part was the good-quality beds, and my husband liked the restaurant. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and attentive, and worked very hard to ensure everything ... vad folk säger » ran smoothly. One special touch was that each apartment had its own drying rack, so we could hang our bathing suits and towels out to dry. The hotel i - We stayed for 10 nights, the hotel is on the edge of town , but everywhere is within easy reach. The Patron and his team were all very friendly and eager to please, we felt very welcome and looked well looked after. A Guarda has the feel of old Spain, lots of friendly polite people, fresh local food and produce, and you feel welcome where ever you go. We stayed during the fiesta's and WOW the amount of people was amazing, but such a friendly atmosphere !

  We stayed one night in this nice hotel on our way to Santiago de Compostela in May 2013. We stayed not in the main building but in the yard where the brand new rooms are. Everything was clean and comfortable. Central heating system was working and that was very important since the weather was pretty cold then. Shower cabin has enough space to was ... vad folk säger » and feel well. There is swimming pool in the yard, unfortunately we couldn’t use it because of cold weather. Breakfast was delicious and food plentif - I loved this hotel and made use of the pool and the spa facilities. I could have happily stayed longer than one night. Had a really nice lunch served by a lovely waitress who did not understand us and we did not understand her but we managed to communicate really well! Well done to her!

  The hotel was great. Higher than it's two star rating in our opinion. It is in a remote little village away from it all and minutes away from the beautiful river.   The continental breakfast was good as was the receptionist 'Fernando', he was a star, the rooms a good size and free internet and wifi - The view was excellent, the staff VERY helpful and friendly (particularly Fernando, and Sara as well), close to the ferry, bus station, and beach.   Nice location overlooking river. Good BP garage next door with bar/cafe. Hotel staff very accommodating, (althought the restaurant was closed - Sunday) they made us a lovely dinner. Breakfast was included. Son of owner gave us directions to start our Camino walk, great help!
