  all is nice, smart, clean, comfortable. location is just perfect: 2 minutes walk to bus station and supermarket. bravo! - The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the bus station. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

  Extra long bathtub (I'm tall), excellent sheets and pillows, towel warmer (great for drying damp clothes), and location (close enough to walk to the cathedral and the lively street next to the Pilgrim Office) in the central old part). Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

  It is an extraorindarily beautiful property with attention to detail inside and out. The room was delightful and comfortable with wonderful beds. The owner gave us a guided tour to explain the history of the property and the rennovation process -- fascinating. The bistro had delicious fare and a lovely ambience. It was simpl - Great attention to detail, whithout being stuffy our pretentious. One felt at home and confortable. Newspapers are available in the reception area and books in the lounge, and drinks are available in the mini bar of the room free of charge. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.

  The hotel is outstanding. Once we got there we could not have been moresatisfied with the setting, the facilities, the food, the staff.   Excellent staff - very friendly. My mother was ill while we were staying at the hotel and the staff were lovely to her. We really loved this hotel - my room was really comfortable with a jacuzzi bath - very welcome as we stayed in the hotel while walking the Camino de Santiago. The hotel provided us with a pick up from the Camino route and a dro... vad folk säger » p off so the fact that is was a little off route did not impact us. I would certainly recommend this hotel. - Well-appointed, clean room. Really good breakfast and evening meal. The family running the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our two-night stay. We were on a walking holiday and they picked us up on the route and dropped us again. They could not do enough for us. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel and we will certainly return if we are in the area.

  When I first arrived I didn’t like the look of it because I thought I was in the middle of nowhere. But it is just a short walk from a great beach. And a 10 minute drive away from a massive beach. O’Grove was especially nice and the fish is to die for. The island of Toxa is worth a visit and you can go into the posh old Hotel for a coffee.
