  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Its proximity to the Alhambra was also useful. - Couldn't fault anything from the staff to the actual building. Retaurant was first class.   Allt ! - Very central to everything although very noisy at night with studentsgathering in street outside at 3.00am and making a lot of noise. Didn'treally get very much sleep. - friendly, helpful staff who were eager to please. room cleaned to high standard. - Newly refurbished room, proximity to town centre, availability of 3-person room.

  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! I will recommen... vad folk säger » d this hotel over and over! - There was a lot to like: the patio off our room with tables, the internet (free), the available drinks at all times, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help us arrange Alhambra tickets and a tour with Zambra dancing in the caves, the safe in the room, and above all the air conditioning and cleanliness of the entire place.
