  The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'.   All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Thais and Carmem at the reception and Jose, Jamie, Fernando, Luis, Abdul in the restaurant. The chef provided a superb range of food for breakfast and dinner as well as show cooking the day specials. Every night there was live entertainment in the bar. But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.
