  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... vad folk säger » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. The choice was vast and we really liked the chefs who would prepare your meals and breakfast to order. We were given a picnic on the morning of our flight as we were too early for breakfa - This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments. Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... vad folk säger » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. Special thanks to Thomas (one of the waiters... vad folk säger » ) who was very helpful and gave us lots of details about the area and what is worth seeing there. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.
