  -There are very reactive when we called a technician -We asked to put a net around the balcony to prevent our kid to drop and they did it without any problem and quickly -Many activities are proposed (water polo, aqua-gym, tennis-table tournament) -Free washing-machine -Maids are very nice -Choice of food at half-board changed every day.   Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... vad folk säger » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  Känslan av att ha ett privat boende i en härlig miljö. - not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote.   The apartement was excellent, new, it was a great value for money. In the restaurant the drinks (also alcoholic) are free of charge at the dinner. Bus stop is close, which makes easy access to the beach (dunes of Corralejo)
