Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

Location, suites, staff, housekeeping, breakfast are all more than

The garden and view is perfect. Location very good. Good service and rooms are really clean. It was super that there was no street noise coming through to our room. Breakfast was really ok. -
