Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

Its situation turned out to be perfect for us - small village, lovelywalking and more sunshine than in most of island, due to height aboveclouds. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!
