  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see ... vad folk säger » immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... vad folk säger » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you.
