  The apartment was very impressive, the decoration and the pluses that come with it. The best was the personal treatment and the bottle of wine, water and fruits that were left by the staff.   I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! The location was close to the beach/shops/supermarket/restaurants and the nightlife - excellent. I also found the place to be secure and en - Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   Hotel is GREAT. If I ever go back I would stay the same place. Perfect location, no kids or noise and very comfortable and big with everything you need to relax and have a great vaccation. Rooms are also very beautiful and spacious.   easy going atmosphere and good priced quality restaurant very handy location to see the islands best scenery - Unusual set up, rooms above shopping centre but all rooms had balconies and we could see La Gomera from ours. Cleaning staff really thorough, room clean with no cockroaches. In a good location.   This hotel was a big sutprise for what it was for only z 2 star. All reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were amazing and huge n clean n mofern. All the facilities you could want in an apartment. New flat screen tv, ample utensils in kitchen.Constent hot water in shower, great value for money. 10 min stroll to beach. They upgraded me the very next day as requested to a balcony apt Lovely pool area and I think their deposit of 30Euro prevents any anti-social behaviour returnable of course. Its location is in a nice area. I would stay there again.
