Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

The general surroundings are tasteful and well designed and excellent value for money.

It was truly one of the best resorts that I stayed in with my dad.
Location, suites, staff, housekeeping, breakfast are all more than

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and
evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are
awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is
good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with
everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out
at 3.

Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.
