  All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet.   The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming.   I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views.   An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. The choice was vast and we really liked the chefs who would prepare your meals and breakfast to order. We were given a picnic on the morning of our flight as we were too early for breakfa - This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments. Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... vad folk säger » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.
