  We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. A very good start and as I had to return to the airport to collect the last one in our group we did not get into the hotel until after midnight. The bar was closed by this time but the barman kindly reopened so we could have a much needed dri... vad folk säger » nk after our travels. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with good facilities and the food was fine. We stayed - Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

  Bra personal, nära ifrån flygplats och bra service. - Bemötandet i receptionen var bra,dessutom var det lugnt på hotellet dvs i regel inga störande element,läget i förhållande till pris ett utmärkt alternativ.

  Overall package excellent - will most likely book for a large family group next year - would like to be able to select actual rooms on their website - location - 50m to the beach. Parking free available; very helpful staff. Nice part of the island for couples and families.

  Great location right on the beach with a lovely view of the sunset in the evenings. The food was very, very good, smallish portions so not quite enough for my husband. Nice quiet, smaller hotel with very good service. No problems with having our 7 year old with us, although he was the only child in the hotel!   This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  I can not fault the bluebay resort. Staff where so helpful. Location was fantastic with the beach across the road and can picafort a 5 minute walk away. The food was excellent and plenty of entertainment in the evening for adults and kids - The bungalow gives you independence and a place to relax with your family.
