  Everything was magnificent. The hotel was modern, the staff were very approachable and spoke fluent english, the food and service was great, the gym and spa areas were also very enjoyable. - hotel very clean good food

  The hotel is a beautiful old property, which has been wonderfully converted into a hotel providing a range of accommodation, from standard through to extreme luxury. The staff who are all from outside Spain, i.e. Argentina, Germany, Peru & Romania for example, are selected & employed for their skills, rather than just to fill a vacancy.   Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach. The breakfest is very good, with a several fruits - The Hotel was fantastic, Great Check in reception very polite.   The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd... vad folk säger » ed. Wifi is free in the lobby but it's almost impossible to connect to it, but i would recommend to purchase wifi in the room for 15 euro for one week - Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel territory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room; work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious and varied. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea, without noisy parties is for this hotel.
