  The hotel is an old typical building in the old town that has recently been renovated beautifully. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was big, modern designed, with a splendid and huge shower enclosure. The breakfast was delicious, with home made cakes and wide variety of sweet and savoury specialities. We had to change our reservation in the last minute and they made it very easy for us and - This hotel and all the staff are the very best. When our car broke down they could not have been more helpful and did everything they could to ease a stressful situation. Our hearfelt thanks go to each and every one of the staff. The rooms are comfortable and attractive and the breakfast is wonderful and served with a beautiful smile. We would love to come back.

  Nice little gem that would deserve a more attractive surrounding. We just had a stopover on our way from Priorat to Rioja, and, well, Alcañiz is not that interesting. Sort of a grim blue-collar town with nothing much to offer. But then again, this ain't no review of Alcañiz - Villa Monter is quite flawless.
