  All we had to do was call the hotel from the airport and they gave clear directions where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. The room we stayed in was a bit small but large enough for two to enjoy comfortably. We appreciated having a king size bed that was fairly comfortable. The room was tastefully decorat... vad folk säger » ed and was clean and crisp. We were able to control the room temperature for ourselves which made our stay more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious - Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. Shuttle service to and from Airport was very welcome. Shuttle came within minutes of calling. Dropped us at the airport for our early morning flight as well. They have free printing service too (just if you need to print something). Shuttle to city center was timely and very useful indeed. For the price this i

  Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   We liked the design of the rooms and its cleanliness, the late night cafe and the buffet breakfast service. Check-in service was very efficient and staff very helpfull. - The apartment was great. Elena on reception was very helpful. I would not hesisate to recommend this hotel it was very cheap for the size and facalities on offer.

  Our stay at the suite was very brief. The roomy suite was very clean. The front desk help was very professional and courteous. The taxi service was extremely fast / prompt on the day of our departure. I thought the bathroom facilities were extremely attractive and nice. - Very nice hotel, the size of the suite rooms is great.
