  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

  We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  vänlig personal - Very good standard of decor. Reasonable price for internet (1 Euro for 15 minutes). Grounds very well maintained. - Apartments are perfectly located and are within walking distance of everything. Chambermaids were very nice.

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Spent 8 days here. Checked in by a very polite, friendly & helpful english man. Fantastic apartments. Ideal location. Had a lovely view of the pool from apartment 44A! Huge balcony.   I have never come accross a complex so clean or with such helpfull staff nothing was a problem had a brill time and with out a doubt shall return - The Complex was lovely and relaxing

  We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to return again. They were many highlights, but mainly: - Excellent and very friendly hotel staff - Very nice hotel garden with cactuses and flowers - Great food at the hotel restaurant and very handy store with food - Absolutely awesome massage therapist - Very spacey, beautiful and clean villa - Easy wal... vad folk säger » king distance to the beach and small shopping mall with many restaurants - A lot of attractions in the surrounding area (mini golf, bike rental, zoo p - our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.
