  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  The location was amazing. The views from the hotel second to none. It was peaceful and relaxing. Pool lovely. Breakfast excellent with wide choice and on the occaisions we ate in the evening, food was fantastic. Staff were friendly but un obtrusive.   We loved our stay at Hotel Miramar. Our Family Room represented excellent value for money: the children slept in a separate sleeping area that could be closed off from the very large main room with master bed, TV, sofa etc, so we could stay up later without keeping them awake. We didn't have a balcony, but the room layout more than compensated for... vad folk säger » this and the hotel gave us drying racks so we could dry towels after a day at the beach, which is literally a stone's throw from the hotel. The room - Hotel Miramar is well situated towards the older part of Port de Soller and was very handy for the two small supermarkets just around the corner - very important for the budget conscious traveller! I had booked the cheapest possible room but was delighted to be given one with a sea view and balcony. The hotel is modern, well decorated, very clean and is managed by friendly staff. Breakfast of breads, cold meats, cheeses, croisants, cakes, cereal, melons and coffee fuelled us up for the day's wa
