  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   We have traveled extensively and tried many places in Playa del ingles, but this is the absolute best place. Third year in the row super nice staff and always so fresh and clean. Close to all the shopping centras only 200 meters down the beach.   Complex was very secure, apartments were spotless clean and the staff were very helpful.
