  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected. Nice clean rooms, friendly hostess, safe at the room, beautiful sea view, quit. All in all one of our best vacations – should have stayed onger

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. All in all a very pleasant experience. - the apartment was v,clean.the guys in reception (guilleme and the other lad who didnt wear a name badge)v.helpful.gave us names of super local restaurants.great pool.no rush for sunbeds.the nightime bar outside was very relaxing,came back there most nights.

  För dom som bara vill koppla av och sola o äta på semestern så är detta ett perfekt hotell ,frukosten är helt OK ,lunch kan ni äta på Cheese corner som ligger 150 m ifrån hotellet ,middagen är väl också okey fast vi åt ute varje dag ,Städningen sköttes mycket bra o övrig service också. - the staff was friendly. the hotel was in an exellent position... vad folk säger » for public transport.the hotel was in a quiet area but very close to the beach - very clear in rooms

  Hotel is GREAT. If I ever go back I would stay the same place. Perfect location, no kids or noise and very comfortable and big with everything you need to relax and have a great vaccation. Rooms are also very beautiful and spacious.   Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried. As a family with young children, the facilities & organisation were absolutely spot on. We have a policy to always holiday somewhere different each year, but we might make an exception in this case!
