  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent with the children.... vad folk säger » Free pool-towels. Comfortable sunbeds. All in all a very pleasant experience. - the apartment was v,clean.the guys in reception (guilleme and the other lad who didnt wear a name badge)v.helpful.gave us names of super local restaurants.great pool.no rush for sunbeds.the nightime bar outside was very relaxing,came back there most nights.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.   Hotel is GREAT. If I ever go back I would stay the same place. Perfect location, no kids or noise and very comfortable and big with everything you need to relax and have a great vaccation. Rooms are also very beautiful and spacious.
