Excellent location, really nice breakfast which you could have in the courtyard and modern and very clean rooms.Above all, what really impressed us was the positive attitude of the Manager and all his staff.   very friendly staff, rooms are spacious with nice interiors - simple, but elegant, great beds, super nice lounge areas in the hotel (red and golden salon for afternoon tea of pre-dinner drinks) spa area is very small - just one room with sauna, steamroom and jaccuzi- but can be booked exclusively, which is great, treatments (facial / massage) were... vad folk säger » also very nice (organic local products), water in the mini-bar was complimentary, great location in the middle of the city: fantastic restaurants and - This is a small but beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the centre of the town. We did not need a car at all as it is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and you can see all the town has to offer by foot. The staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a perfect one. They are going to open another one nearer the harbour and we are definitely going to try that one if the Can Cera is anything to go by.

  Det är ett av världens bästa hotell. Servicen är näst intill prickfri. Man tas emot som om det är ens andra hem. Alla i personalen som jobbar där har ett bemötande som man sällan hittar inom samma hotellklass. Världsklass ! - very calm. nice. good quality. good location.

  Vi er meget fornøyd med oppholdet på Augusta. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var også veldig bra. Vi var heldige og fikk rom 101 som var hjørnerommet og nylig pusset opp. Dette hotellet kan anbefales. - Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.Härligt poolmråde.

  Absolutely fabulous find. Would definitely stay here again, wouldn't consider looking at another hotel. All the staff are just lovely. I was a little concerned about being in a slightly downmarket part of town as mentioned in previous reviews. Not a problem. I wouldn't say the area was downmarket at all. It's just a "normal" neighbourhood as oppos... vad folk säger » ed to being glam and glizty. In fact the one block walk to the marina front takes you through a charming wooded park. 5 minute walk to the bus stop. B - Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.
