  The location is fantastic, facilities and food are excellent. It's a nice quite place to relax, enjoy some sun in the middle of hills, and try some good local food. Part of the food I believe is from their garden.   This is a beautiful hotel, much nicer and more modern than it appeared in photos, very good for a romantic getaway. The rear terrace faces the green mountains, very picturesque and quiet. Great beds, great shower and best water pressure we had in all of Spain (out of 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip).   We only stayed for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. There are several menus to choose from, and there is a waiter. For our purpose the location was good. We wanted to see the nearby volcanoes, and it was possible to walk there (45 min walk). - Friendly staff, homely meals.
