  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe.   We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. We had a family room on the ground floor that opened up to a patio and then the gardens, very private and led to the... vad folk säger » pool area. There were activities for the kids every day and there was a beach 5 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite was S - The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
