  The friendliness of staff (excellent!), the tranquillity although the central location, very good value for money - Stayed for a week over Christmas, quiet, friendly, comfortable.

  Familiar atmosphere, brilliant staff always willing to help; Good position in the heart of Mahon, great view of Port from the square under the hotel; Five minutes walk from the Port; My room (single) was a bit small though it was fine (I stayed 10 days and I have no complain whatsoever... neither for noisy nor cleaning). - Was more like a hotel t... vad folk säger » han a hostel. Electronic keycards for secure entry. Very friendly front desk staff that spoke excellent english and sold a few drinks as well. Very clean room with private bathroom and shower, small wall mounted flat screen tv with cable television as well.
