The hotel was in a excellent area, very central location for our trip as required. The Hotel staff were lovely and friendly and could not do enough for us.

The sausages at breakfast, were not very English.. what could I expect it was Spain

Beautiful new hotel in the centre of Madrid. Rooms are comfortable and stylish and the breakfast a la carte is delicious. The staff (in particular Ana at the reception) is just wonderful. The perfect place for a city trip to Madrid.

There is really nothing to improve.

Amazing stuff, everyone superpolite without being obnoxious. We also loved the 24h breakfast, never seen this before, a great idea. Highly recommended.

everything + the room was spotless + the room was beautifully designed and furnished, very stylish although small + the bed was super comfy + the staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful + we had a very early flight and had to wake up at 4:30am so the concierge ordered coffee for us and some pastries and had them waiting for us in the lobby when we came downstairs to check out + they serve great breakfast the entire day! + great bar + all in all it was amazing and I woould return today if I could

Great Design hotel in just a perfect location. Staff is brilliant, very kind and welcoming. You can reach everything in the centre walking. Retiro, Palaco Real, all Museums and Gran Via. Contemporary design cosy rooms, which has modern, big flat TV with a lot of programs and internet built-in.

While these were cold days, breakfest area was cold, since there is no real roof above the breakfest room. But they are going to solve that problem. Wi-Fi in the rooms is quite terrible, almost impossible to use.

This was our second stay in the hotel "Only you". The new breakfast room was open (had not yet been finished during our last stay) and the service was definitely much faster and more organized (and the breakfast was delicious!). We stayed in a Junior Suite which was a nice size and even had a Nespresso machine. We loved this hotel, the friendly and very attentive staff, the personal touches (like Halloween cookies on your bed) and the cool interior design. We will definitely return!

The draught in the breakfast room is still a problem, so bring a jacket when going to breakfast. There are no glasses for the toothbrushes in the bathroom but you can use the cocktail glasses from the minibar. Not being able to open the windows (safety precautions) in most of the rooms might be a problem for some guests.

Staff, Location and Cleanliness. Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. Coolest shopping areas bars clubs are all in walking distance. You can take express bus from the airport (24h) for only 5EUR and get off in Plaza Cibeles which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. You can eat you breakfast at any time of the day. I you arrive late you can check out late. That is very fair and cool. No suprise costs. Staff was helpful, cool and smart

All regular rooms face to the internal couryard. You cant open the windows of these rooms (only staff can open them during turn down) therefore it leaves you with no fresh air in the room. AC does not provide fresh air unfortunatley. If you plan to spend some time in the room, you need to select premium rooms.

The staff was amazing and the hotel rooms very nice.

The service in the lounge could have been better and I found it difficult to explain drink order even when it was on drink menu.

The very courteous and warm staff. The uniqueness of the ambience... Its just gorgeous!!! Music was fantastic and very relaxing. Breakfast is so good! Cheers to the people of Only You Hotel! Double Thumbs up.

-Amazing amazing staff , very friendly and helpful . I asked them what to do at night they suggest good things and they booked for me when I request. -The design is amazing its consider a boutique hotel. -Your near everything most of the site seens are 2.5km far from you.

-My room is noise make sure that you don't stay near the stares where the service and cleaning lady put her things. -Room service need more options.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...). Breakfast was served in a beautiful semi terrace... and it was a la carte, which i personally prefer and find it more personalized than a buffet. Would go back to the same hotel during ym next visit to Madrid.

The hotel is right in the center of Madrid close to some of the best restaurants in town. The decoration is original, stylish and modern. The breakfast is excellent. At the introduction rate of € 144 for the night, the value for money is outstanding. Normal price would be around € 220 which is still a good price for service rendered.

Super quality breakfast with the staff that initiates your stay with a smile and ends it with the same smile. Very cool designed hotel with an amazing design and cool bar where you might not want to go out of the hotel:)

The only humble addition I would add is, there were no windows in the room to see how the weather was outside but I don't see it as a huge problem.

Ideal location with access to multiple metro lines, train, shopping and food/drink (especially Mercado San Anton around the corner). Amazing breakfast service and options. Door and desk staff couldn't be more kind and helpful. A few "new hotel" issues brought to their attention (room temperature, housekeeping request) were immediately addressed.

Temperature in atrium was too cold at breakfast. Windows don't open for fresh air. Need to keep re-entering wifi code (but wifi was free and strong).

Great experience in a brand new and very stylish hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Wifi coverage. Great smart tv. Free use of a hotel tablet during breakfast with free digital newspapers of around the world. A reasonably priced and tastefully decorated bar and lounge.

The room was a bit short on clothing storage capacity (no drawers).

The room was AMAZING!! The lounge was AMAZING!! I loooooooved the cool vibe of the place. If this hotel existed in every city I would always stay in it.

They were obviously understaffed in the kitchen. Two different dishes of eggs were served to us raw....

Lovely new hotel, very nice and helpful staff, great design, superb breakfast, good location. We will definitely return!

Rooms are rather on the samll side, some come with windows which you cannot open (safety precautions). As the hotel is new there are still some issues (breakfast is served in a draughty patio, breakfast service is friendly but slow, no single comforters available) but the staff is very nice and tries hard to accomodate the guests. We are sure that in 2-3 months all the remaining problems will have been solved.
