  Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Room was luxurious and clean- a real haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Room service was impressively quick. Restaurant fitted with quality of hotel and delicious food. PCs for guests, free internet, nice library where you could connect your own PC, mini-bar (soft drinks) included in the price of the room. Location is perfect for the Gothic Quarter and the hotel design is stunning. The little square that the restaurant looks out on is a photographer's dream.   The Alma Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Barcelona for the fist time. Because the location of the hotel is great, it is near two main streets Rambla and the shopping street Gracia. And you can reach by foot almost all the places of the interest. Plus there many cosy and fashionable bars, cafes and restaurants just near the hotel.   A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.
