  I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel. The most important advantageous is that it is very close to the center.   I have to give full stars to this boutique! My favor to it started since the e-mail communication. I changed my deluxe double room from no.5 To no.2. Because No.2 Facing the street, and has a very lovely balcony. The location is also good, very near to La Rambla and plaza Catalunya. Jaime, the host, is so nice and helpful. His kindness is fully shown an - This hotel is very well located a short walk to the old city and public transport. The décor and fittings were all first class, very clean and nice. The rooms were very quiet even with a view to the street. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the tv had many English channels. The manager was extremely helpful and keen to please. There is no front desk nor is there a clear big sign identifying the entry, you need to call the manager to gain entry. The car-park is in the next block so if y

  The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering.   We loved our room, which was modern, spacious & stylishly appointed. Everything that we could want was there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate in the Tapas bar on one night of our stay & had a very good meal. We did not think it was overpriced. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & are looking forward to returning - Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

  The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.
