  Everything! The theme of the hostal was really cool. The workers were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very calming and fun.   Staff, facilities, location. I took the train from Madrid to Barcelona and stayed here. Its close enough to walk from the station (I only had a backpack though), checked in and got my keys, and the rest was cake.   We stayed in the 4 person apartment and all of the beds were very comfortable. The private bathroom was awesome because it has two sections. One with a sink and toilet and one with a sink and shower. That was nice for the morning when everyone was getting ready. There was a wardrobe and table.   Easily the best place I've stayed away from home. Let's be honest, it practically became my home. All the staff go above and beyond what you could possibly want or need by way of help and are warm hearted, kind and happy-chappies. Not even remote - Everything at this hostel is perfect. It really is like a home and feels like a boutique hotel, except that you're just staying in dorms. Beautiful dorms at that. The staff and owner are lovely and so helpful. It is in one of the best locations in Barcelona in a beautiful tree-lined, semi-pedestrian street so it is relatively quiet and very tranquil.   The location is great , 7 min walk from la rambles liceu station, 5 min from the market, near the university so many young people. Its very simple and basic but met my requirements for a place to sleep and shower for a decent price, I would stay again. The room includes a bed, a closet, a desk and chair and shower and toilet. The rooms are clean - This hotel is situated near by the Rambles (view minutes walking, and its metro station) and the end station of the airport buss (10 minutes walking). Hotel is clean and well maintained, breakfast simple but good for this price. Reception staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel is central to the most tourist highlights in the city.   Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.   Spendid and hospitality staff, really free when i stayed. Recommend for backpacker. If i travel to Barcelona, i will stay here again - The hostel is near the Gaudi houses, and was built in the same period. But it is in very good conditions, as a new apartment.

  This is a brand new hostel, you can literally smell the paint from the walls very nice and large common area it is located perfectly, very close to some famous Gaudi houses and Catalunya square. A railwaystatioj connecting to the airport is a 5 minute walk, the tube station is even less WiFi works fine (watched a live stream w/o any interruptions)... vad folk säger » - I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot. The kitchen was clean an cauzy.
