One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk was very helpful and friendly; we were even offered an upgrade at no cost. Mycket fräscht och snyggt! Trevlig personal! - Staff very friendly, perfect for the nou camp! - The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
