  Svalt, rent, engelskspråkig personal - AB Viladomat is a nice hotel, defintely 3 stars, very large rooms, nice staff that also speaks other languages than only Spanish. The hotel is located at a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Urguell - 2 stops to Place Catalunya) and a 20 minute walk to the bars in the surroundings of Diagonal.   I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel. The most important advantageous is that it is very close to the center.
