A modern hotel in a fairly quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. 10 - 15 minute walk from the beach - we didn't see one tacky tourist shop in the area - but an exellent shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants only a 3 minute walk away. The reception waited for us till 3 am because our flight was delayed and
we were given a warm friendly welcome even at that early hour. The room
was spacious, clean, comfortable and had really good curtains that
blocked out light completely for us to sleep late into the next morning.
The bed was comfortable and the decor was neutral, which we liked. Hot
water, air conditioning and the television were perfect and we could
even open the windows to get fresh air when needed. Good storage space

Det var fin och bekväm. - Lungt! Vi blev först besvikna över att avståndet till centrum var så stort, men upptäckte sedan att tunnelbanan var i närheten. Avståndet till stranden och ett gigantiskt köpcentra var också uppskattat.

This hotel is in a good location for access to the Grand Prix circuit - on the outskirts of Barcelona, with easy access via metro to the centre and a walk across the road to a decent beach. Parking is good in the underground car park. The hotel is modern and reasonably well equipped - the rooms (lighting, heating) are 'run' by a software interface screen in each room. Our Exec room was large enough and well designed. The bar Tapas was pretty good too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. -

The hotel was very comtempary! Loved it! Location was a little far away from anywhere but excellent metro service. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The last night was at the Silken Hotel and they gave us a up

Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

In order to go to the city centre you need to get a cab. The subway is more than a 10 minute walk. And the area is extremely quiet in the night. - very nice view
