  Open space, very good breakfast. Central although one had to use car to go to city centre but otherwise very convenient to reach motorway.Very very clean. I would recomment it to everyone. - The staff were very friendly; excellent value for money (the standard of accommodation was very high)

  Good location close to Santiago Lugo airport, good quality hotel with excellent facilities, very comfortable high standard rooms quiet and relaxing. Would recommend this hotel for visiting Santiago and surrounding areas of Galicia. - Very pleasant hotel. Good service. The food is good as well. The shutte to the town center is very convenient.

  The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, obliging, thoughtful, and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm very impressed. The rooms in the new wing on the second floor were excellent, facilities perfect, bathroom good, beds comfortable and blackout curtains worked well. The garden was very inviting and a plea... vad folk säger » sure to sit out in and have breakfast in. We never ate in the Restaurant simply because we were always out exploring the city. Other public rooms in - The hotel was very impressive. Beautiful senery, wonderful rooms, cheap restaurant for hotel guests, very very outgoing staff...aimed to please 125%...we were very excited about the hotel and in general had a very pleasant, relaxing time. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled!

  We had booked a room for one night but when we entered it was so lovely we immediately asked for a second night. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. A wonderful treat after completing over 400 km on The Camino Frances. The location is great. The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is offered at a discount ... vad folk säger » when you check in. Be sure to say yes as it is good and well worth he price. - Very comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. Good facilities which was just as well as Iberia lost my luggage! Good location on the very edge of the old town opposite a great cafe for breakfast and near good restaurants. I recommend the internal rooms which look out on to a central covered courtyard which were very peaceful. Comfy beds and warm rooms which helped as the Santiago weather was dreadful!

  Staff were extremely helpful. Even though my wifi would not connect, there was unlimited free access to an hotel computer. Air con was good and room very spacious.
