  Everything excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.The hotel is located in a less crowded area with two supermarkets around. Apartment is large and very, very clean. Also bed linen was very clean. Furniture is very new. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Washing machine. TV set in each room.   Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   The room was excellent and great value for money - The apartment was very large, and the confort was excelent. The location is good if you go by car, 10 minutes of Paseo del Prado and Atocha.

  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs. Great Location; Near the metro and other main streets but at the same time quite and off to the side. - Super friendly staff, speak in english, french. Try to help anyt... vad folk säger » ime.
