A perfect setting with a room overlooking the gorge. The staff were exceptional, the best I have met. We arrived by car on a narrow road outside the hotel and the receptionist jumped out, helped us unload and pointed to a spot where we could move the car out of the way. She parked it safely for us afterwards. The food was excellent on the enclosed terrace and the Maitre D moved a propane patio heater in behind my wife when she got cold.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and was in an excellent location. It is in the old (quieter) part of town right next to Sta Maria La Major opposite the bandellero museum. The staff were extremely helpful we arrived not knowing it was a fiesta and that the main roads were closed and we could not access the hotel we rang the hotel and they came and out and "rescued " us taking us and our luggage to the hotel and taking our car to a secure parking place.This hotel is ideally situated for exploring Ronda. -
