The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach. Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

Wonderful stay. Central location in the beautiful and charismatic Gothic quarter, walking distance to Las Ramblas and the beach.Very friendly owners, provided with useful information and map. Also requested flight details so could greet us when we arrived, and provided very useful directions and map from Airport. Also free Wifi. Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. The lockers are in the room. And the very good thing that the bathrooms are in the rooms. The location is right at la ramblas, just 2 minutes away.

Lovely and clean, was so much more than I expected for the price we
paid! Got free wifi and breakfast was really good with a selection of
juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and
toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I
was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were
really polite and a perfect location just off La Rambla
