Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Reception staff were all fluent in englissh and very helpful re sights, where to eat etc. would definately stay again. Cant believe how cheap this was

We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

The location was great, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. Room had a nice decor and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.

Amazing, amazing, amazing - you can find everything in this nice hotel which necessary to discover Sevilla and feel the special atmosphere of the city. Location cannot be better, staff is friendly, design is fantastic. The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!
