  my first time in madrid and i had a good experience. hotel was new, the recepcionist guy was very very kind and it was very cheap hotel. it was not in the center, but there is a metro station near the hotel, very useful - The location was convenient.   It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.
