Det var en mycket trevlig upplevelse att bo på detta fantastiska hotell! Mycket bra service och en unik upplevelse på många sätt. Jag har redan rekommenderat hotellet till flera bekanta och hoppas att jag blir gäst där snart igen. Det finns ju 11 våningar till att uppleva! - bra läge,nära tunnelbana

The hotel is in a convenient location for visits to museums, and it is in a less touristy area of Madrid. The room itself was extremely quiet and dark for sleeping, but also had a nice view. - The hotel called me to move me to another hotel due to technical problems. it was the catalonia las cortes..... good hotel......

The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... But, the room are very nice, modern. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation.
