  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.
