The hostel was very clean. Our room was available on time. The staff were very nice, and spoke some English. The wifi was free, and worked very well. Excellent value for money. I was upgraded to a en-suite which was absolutely fine, quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good area with many shops, bars both cheap and expensive, very close to everthing and Metro round the corner if you are feeling lazy, plenty of buses. The area is lively but I would say safe.

Nice clean hotel, close to all the action and the metro. Situated in a back lane, it was very quiet. There was an elevator from the first floor upwards. There was also a community refrigerator to keep things cold. Grocery store and breakfast was available close by on the street itself.

The location was brilliant! - just off La Ramblas, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 3 minutes walk from a Carrefour supermarket. Our room was simple but comfortable enough for our needs.
