  This was a fabulous hotel! It is very small (only 12 rooms in all). We were on our honeymoon and out of 5 different hotels we stayed at this was our favorite! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic!   Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.   Allt OK - The staff made our family visit to Seville worthwile. Absolutelyfantastic staff we found in Spain. They helped us both at theappartments and at the hotel. Went beyond their ways to help us out makethe best of our trip. They even helped us with our bookings at otherplaces, including tickets and rides. Wonderful experience.   Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was... vad folk säger » just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca - The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too. The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner. These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.
