  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt

  The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. - Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room.

  Jag fick mycket bra service och hjälp av en engelsk talade i pesonalen Möjligtvis hotellägaren. Han hjälpte oss när vi hade bokat husbil och fick firman att hämta oss vid hotellet. - The best value for the money.   Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes. Close by a metro station and a supermarket. Free Wifi - good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.

  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. - The space, the internet and friendliness o... vad folk säger » f the staff.
