  This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. Would recommend it! - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free internet access was a good point

  This is the second time I stayed at the Hotel Sterling and it was fantastic, I was given the chance to see the Room first as I had asked for a quiet room, and knowing Madrid the Spanish like to party out in the streets till all hours of the night! - I was given a very large room at the back of the Hotel which I asked for away from the lifts. So for you who like to shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2 minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

  Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants.   Location, location, location. for me is the most important the hotel is in the heart of everything - The room was large and quiet. It had generous windows and three layers of curtains, to block light. Location was very close to major sites and to the metro. The ventilation system was effective and quiet.

  The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! And the staff are all very, very helpful and nice. And the rooms are very secure, and each is different - and you couldn't beat the price.
