Vore bar om någon kunade lite engelska. - Läget är kanon, nära två olika metro stationer och en välkänd gata utanför dörren, lätt att förklara om man ska åka taxi. Everything was great: the staff was very friendly and helpful (even they didn't spoke English), our chamber was very clean and it had even a little fireplace, which was very nice. - excellent location - near to metro, convenient for airport, many eating opportunities nearby.

We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.

Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.

Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.
