  The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.   Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor.   The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.
