  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  I really thought this hotel was excellent, the roof top bar was awesome, only ate at the hotel for breakfast and room service , but it was great, the staff had no problem making special request breakfast for me each day, when i go back to Barcelona this is where I will stay, and I would highly recommend it - Fabulous stay, hotel staff couldn't have... vad folk säger » been more courteous andhelpful.   Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... vad folk säger » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

  Modern and stylish backed up with excellent and friendly service - The staff were very helpful. The room was well designed and equippedwith a balcony and a good view. Food and facilities were good. Theservice was very attentive but sometimes the outcomes were a little'quirky'...however we loved it.
