  Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. - Very good location right in front of Glories Shopping Mall and 2 mins walk from Glories Metro.Clutter Free room... vad folk säger » !   Mycket bra pris. Nära stranden och hamnen (5 mn promenad) och mycket praktiskt med en busshållplats precis utanför hotellet, med en buss som tar dig till början på La Rambla och en till Plaza Catalunya. Mycket bra med gratis Internet när man reser med en tonårig. Mycket fint poolområde med trädäck och Jacuzzi. - Nära havet och bad, lite långt prom... vad folk säger » enadavstånd till centrala centrum pga värmen. Utmärkt frukostbuffé.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.

  Egentligen det mesta men framförallt att hotellet låg så centralt. Bra att frukostbuffé erbjuds på hotellet så att man slipper gå ut och leta café första dagen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal (om än på knackig engelska!). Mycket fräscht och rent! - bra och rent hotell, trevligt poolområde
